Rain Rain!!

Well today it started pouring rain outside. We love the smell and sound of rain so we opened a bunch of windows. Kolten started to get curious and started saying bye'bye to get out the front door. We sat on the doorstep for a while. Kolten started taking one step into the rain and would get a little wet and scream and run back. Little by little he would get out farther in the rain until we had this.....

The Bee's Biggest Fan!

On July 25th we went to the Bee's game with my family. It was such a great time. Everytime we go to a ball game we wish that we had season tickets because we have so much fun! Thanks Mom and Dad for the tickets!

Fiesta Days Rodeo!

Every July 24th we go the Spanish Fork Fiesta Days Rodeo with the Bradshaw's. I have come to love this time! We usually sit above the bucking shoots and then on the 24th we are able to see the fireworks that Spanish Fork does in those same seats! We normally go all 4 days and I was kind of sad that we only went 2 this year, but had so much fun nonetheless. I just love the atmosphere there and spending time with family. This year we were lucky enough to have my sisters, Tiffany and Tasha, go with us on the 23rd and the Dalton's on the 24th. Kolten loved the rodeo too! Last year he was too young to really get what is going on, but this year we bought him a pair of leather boots and a cowboy hat! It was so cute.

Then we usually go to the Fiesta Days Parade. This year they threw out more treats than they usually do. It was fun to watch all the floats and the kids. This picture is of my sister-in-law Kristina and my cute niece Kennedie!
We then went to the carnival. Trevor won Kolten a huge ball and then Kolten got to ride on the carousel. I had to pry him off of this horse!

July 4th Campout

Over the July 4th weekend we went to Gooseberry in Fairview for a campout with my family. We had such a great time. This was Kolten's first camping trip and hopefully more to come. He did such a great job although I think that someone needs to invent a bubble contraption to put your kids in to avoid them from getting hurt. He fell quite a few times while walking around. I can't believe how dirty a child can get! He was covered in dirt from head to toe when it was time for his bath. We did the tenting thing and so enjoyed it! I have always loved camping and can't wait until Kolten gets a little bit older and can enjoy it just as much! Luckily, my parents had their trailer so we had bathrooms, running water and AC! We did a lot of fishing and eating. We even went over to Scofield and caught crawdads and cooked them up! They are pretty good! Thanks for everyone that came and made it so much fun!

He is zonked out from all the fun! His sleeing schedule was way off on this camping trip!
He has all the bare necessities and an extra hand!
